CHEP Australia recognised as a Top Employer

Global supply chain solutions company CHEP has been certified as a Top Employer in Australia by the Top Employers Institute (TEI).
 
TEI is a global certifier recognising excellence in employee practices. Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work through excellent in HR policies and people practices.
 
To achieve this certification, organisations undergo a rigorous, evidence-based assessment process which covers a variety of key areas such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and more. CHEP Australia received outstanding results with accolades for their values, integrity, and business wide leadership.

CHEP Australia is particularly proud of its Inclusion and Diversity programme, achieving 32% of female employees in management roles. As part of Brambles Global 2025 Sustainability targets, the company commits to at least 40% of management roles to be held by women and double the number of women in its plants by 2025 with an aim to be rated within the top 20% of inclusive companies to work for.
