CXI Research Group & Design Factory Melbourne WorkshopThe CXI X² Workshop is an annual event designed to inspire and empower CX and other professionals to solve real-world challenges in new ways. This year the theme of the workshop is Learning from Experience: From Surviving to Thriving in Times of Disruption. Working in collaboration with the innovation coaches from the DFM team, we are running a virtual 90-minute workshop dedicated to exploring your business challenges. With the coronavirus pandemic disrupting every industry and every business it can be hard to see beyond day-to-day survival. However, consumer behaviour and expectations are rapidly changing in ways that may stick around for a long time to come, and keeping your customers happy is both more difficult and more important than ever. During the 90 min workshop, you will be able to approach these challenges with positivity and curiosity to identify the opportunities for improvement hidden within them, ultimately walking away with fresh insights, ideas, and practical tools for innovation to help you transform your business challenges into opportunities.
