On Thursday, global beauty brand Lancôme will launch their first virtual Pop-Up in Australia. See what’s instore for the next generation of experiential retailing.
Lancôme is launching its first Virtual Flagship Pop-Up in Australia.
The Virtual Pop-up is an immersive 3D shopping experience that gives visitors an opportunity to get up close with the brand and explore the world of virtual reality from the comfort of their own homes. This experience aims to not only promote Lancôme’s best-selling product Advanced Génifique, but also to dive deep into the science, inform, inspire and encourage visitors to discover the next big thing in beauty tech!
Lancôme is pushing the boundaries of innovation and is merging the world of beauty with technology and engineering - something we are proud to pioneer on a global level and are now executing here in Australia.
The Flagship is divided into different zones allowing visitors to engage with the brand on a new dimension:

- Zone 1: Microbiome Science
- Zone 2: Skin Diagnosis
- Zone 3: Live Streaming
- Zone 4: Voices of Genifique
- Zone 5: Shop
- Zone 6: Game
The Pop Up will have a zone dedicated to discovery where guests can learn about the brand’s product and everything there is to know about the skin’s microbiome. Before purchasing a bottle of Lancôme’s Advanced Génifique, visitors can get skin consultations in real time from Lancôme beauty advisors in the skin diagnosis zone. In the testimonial zone, you will be able to browse through the personal stories of 100 Australians and their experience of using the little black bottle. To further engage, the brand will invite international and local personalities to participate in a series of livestream centred around several topics - skincare, health and well-being, women empowerment, tech and engineering innovations, and the latest beauty trends.
Lancôme’s Virtual Pop-Up will open its virtual door this Thursday 11th until the 25th February.
